DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times will vary depending on your location.Your order is shipped either the same business day or next business day, depending on the time your order is received and stock availability. All deliveries are dispatched during business hours Monday to Friday.

TRACKING MY ORDER

You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched. Your tracking number is in the email you receive when your package leaves our warehouse. Any changes to the delivery status can be found via your tracking number on the courier website.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

All Burke & Wills deliveries will be sent with Authority to Leave. This gives the delivery driver permission to leave the parcel at the delivery address without a signature when the parcel is delivered.

LOCAL PICK UPS

If you live locally, we are happy for you to collect your order from our Burke & Wills head office. Simply select the ‘Pick Up’ option when checking out. You will be notified when your order is ready. Orders will be available to be picked up 10:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday (AEST) at Unit 7, 2-22 Kirkham Rd West, Keysborough, VIC, 3173.
