Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 3 business days.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please email [email protected] and we will follow up with the freight company for you.

Please note: If you paid via Bank Transfer it may take up to 5 working days for the funds to clear. we will dispatch your order once payment has been received in full.


Refund & Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will exchange the item or issue a refund. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused condition.


Returns Process

To file a warranty claim, please return the goods to the original place of purchase and the claim will be handled by the retailer.

All warranty claims are subject to consumers providing a valid proof of purchase.

Also include the following information:

  • RA number provided by returns department
  • Proof of purchase
  • Images of the item
  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • Your name and delivery address
  • A description of the item you are returning and why
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
  • If the return is a 'Change of mind return' you will be required to cover both pick up & drop off freight charges.  

International Returns

  • Return postage charges will not be refunded unless incorrect or faulty goods were received by the consumer.
    If you have received faulty or incorrect goods, please email [email protected] to request a Return Authorisation Form, which you must be complete and include with the goods being returned.
