Delivery Information & Returns Policy
Our shipping rates are as follows: Australia Post or TNT
All orders are shipped within 3 business days.
If you have not received an order within 10 business days, please notify us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will follow up with the freight company for you.
Please note: If you paid via Bank Transfer it may take up to 5 working days to clear, we will Despatch once payment has been received in full.
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Burke & Wills Outdoors. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund to your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

To file a warranty claim, the end user should return the goods to the original place of purchase and the warranty claim will be handled by the dealer/retailer. If this is not possible, the end user alternatively can contact Burke & Wills directly firstname.lastname@example.org 03 9798 2111 where we will deal with the claim.To claim under warranty, end users must produce a valid proof of purchase, whether or not there is a major problem with the product or service. Failure to supply a valid proof of purchase may result in denial of the warranty claim.
To return an item, please send it to:

And also include the following information:
- RA number provided by returns department
- Proof of purchase
- Images of the item
- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and delivery address
- A description of the item you are returning and why
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
- If the return is a 'Change of mind return' you will be required to cover both pick up & drop off freight charges.
For international returns:
No postage amount will be refunded unless incorrect or faulty goods were sent out.
If faulty or incorrect goods were sent to customers , a Return Authorisation Form must be completed prior to returning goods.
